中药水罐联合穴位贴敷在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用价值 |

| 摘要：目的 探讨中药水罐联合穴位贴敷在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2022年4 月～2022 年12 月的76 例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组。对照组采取常规护理和中药水罐，三天进行1 次中药水罐；观察组采取中药水罐联合穴位贴敷，每日穴位敷贴1 次，总计10 次。治疗前后，比较两组的腰椎功能和生活能力评分。结果 治疗前，两组的腰痛、腰椎活动受限、腰膝酸软和下肢窜痛症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的腰痛、腰椎活动受限、腰膝酸软和下肢窜痛症状评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的腰痛、腰椎活动受限、腰膝酸软和下肢窜痛症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的上厕所、洗漱、转移、穿衣服、吃饭和步行评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的上厕所、洗漱、转移、穿衣服、吃饭和步行评分均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论 中药水罐联合穴位贴敷能明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能和日常生活能力。 |

| The value of traditional Chinese medicine water tank combined with acupoint paste in patients with lumbar disc herniation |

| Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine water cupping combined with acupoint paste in patients withbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 76 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from our hospital from April 2022 to December2022. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine water cup, once every three days of traditional Chinese medicine water cupping; the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine water cupping combined with acupoint paste, once daily of acoint paste for a total of 10 times. Before and after treatment, the lumbar function and life ability scores of the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in the scores of low back pain, limited lumbar motion, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, and pain in the lower limbs between the two groups (P 0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the scores of low back pain, limited lumbar motion, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, and pain the lower limbs were significantly lower in both groups (P < 0.05), and the scores of low back pain,limited lumbar motion, soreness and weakness the waist and knees, and pain in the lower limbs were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05); Before treatment, there no significant difference in the scores of going to the toilet, washing, transferring, dressing, eating and walking between the two groups (P > 0.05). After, the scores of going to the toilet, washing, transferring, dressing, eating and walking were significantly higher in both groups (P < 0.05), and the group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine water cupping combined with acupoint paste can significantly improve the lumbar function and of daily living in patients with lumbar disc herniation. |
