中药煮散的发展历史、优势及传承发展策略 |

| 摘要：随着我国老龄化趋势愈演愈烈，中药材资源即将面临长期紧缺的局面。中药煮散的使用历史非常悠久，具有使用便捷、节约成本、缩短煎煮时间等优点。中药煮散的大规模使用可以缓解我国中药资源紧张、供需错配等矛盾，同时还能够降低患者的救治成本。通过查阅煮散相关文献，分析了中药煮散的发展历史，同时从原材料使用量、形态性质、规范化管理等三个方面阐述了中药煮散在临床应用方面的优势，从煮散加工标准、质量评价体系、使用管理制度以及临床实验研究等四个方面对中药煮散的传承与创新进行了论述，以期促进中药煮散的创新和发展。 |

| Abstract: With the accelerating aging trend in China, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) resources are facing a long-term shortage. The use of decocted TCM powders has a long history, offering advantages such as convenient use, cost savings, and reduced decoction time. The large-scale use of decocted TCM powders can alleviate the contradictions of TCM resource shortage and supply-demand mismatch in China, while also reducing patient treatment costs. By reviewing relevant literature on decocted powders, this paper analyzes the development history of decocted TCM powders and elaborates their clinical application advantages from three aspects: raw material usage, morphological properties, and standardized management. The paper discusses the inheritance and innovation of decocted TCM powders from four aspects: processing standards, quality evaluation system, management regulations, and clinical experimental research, with the aim of promoting the innovation and development of decocted TCM powders. |
