芳香疗法联合穴位贴敷在肿瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐中的应用

摘要：目的 在肿瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐中，研讨芳香疗法联合穴位贴敷的应用效果。方法 2024年 10 月-2025 年 10 月，选择肿瘤化疗患者进行回顾性分析，共 70 例。2024 年 10 月-2025 年 3 月，施以常规干预共 35 例，视为比照组；2025 年 4 月-2025 年 10 月，施以芳香疗法联合穴位贴敷共 35例，视为研究组，对比两组恶心呕吐发生情况、中重度恶心呕吐分级（Ⅱ-Ⅲ度）情况、生活质量。结果 研究组恶心呕吐发生率低于比照组，P＜0.05。研究组中重度恶心呕吐分级（Ⅱ-Ⅲ度）少于比照组，P＜0.05。研究组FLIE评分高于比照组，P＜0.05。结论 芳香疗法联合穴位贴敷，能够明显改善肿瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐情况，提高生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of aromatherapy combined with acupoint application in patients with
nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for cancer. Methods From October 2024 to October 2025, a retrospective analysis was conducted on 70 patients undergoing chemotherapy for tumors. From October 2024 to March 2025, a total of 35 cases
received conventional intervention and were regarded as the control group. From April 2025 to October 2025, a total of 35 cases were treated with aromatherapy combined with acupoint application and were regarded as the study group. The occurrence of nausea and vomiting, the classification of moderate to severe nausea and vomiting (degree II-III), and the quality of life were
compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the study group was lower than that in the
control group, P<0.05. The grade of moderate to severe nausea and vomiting (grade II-III) in the study group was less than that
in the control group, P<0.05. The FLIE score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Aromatherapy combined with acupoint application can significantly improve nausea and vomiting in cancer patients after chemotherapy and enhance their quality of life.
