基于表面肌电图评价针刺“颈三针”对痉挛性斜颈患者肌肉协同模式调节效应的研究

摘要：目的 探究基于表面肌电图评价针刺“颈三针”对痉挛性斜颈患者肌肉协同模式调节效应的研究。方法 选取 2024 年 6 月-2025 年 6 月收治的 80 例痉挛性斜颈患者为研究对象，按治疗方式分为对照组（常规治疗），实验组（针刺“颈三针”）进行干预，各 40 例，对比两组患者临床指标、疼痛分级指数(PRI)。结果 经治疗后，实验组患者各项指标显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针刺“颈三针”能有效调节痉挛性斜颈患者肌肉协同模式，改善临床指标和疼痛。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the modulatory effect of acupuncture at "Neck Three Needles" on muscle synergy patternsin patients with spasmodic torticollis using surface electromyography (sEMG). Methods Eighty patients with spasmodictorticollis treated between June 2024 and June 2025 were selected as study subjects and divided into a control group(conventional therapy) and an experimental group (acupuncture at "Neck Three Needles"), with 40 cases in each group. Clinicalindicators and the Pain Rating Index (PRI) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, all indicators inthe experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at "NeckThree Needles" can effectively modulate muscle synergy patterns in patients with spasmodic torticollis, improve clinicalindicators, and alleviate pain.
