“调督通络”针刺法联合解痉松筋推拿术治疗痉挛性斜颈的随机对照临床研究

摘要：目的 探究“调督通络”针刺法联合解痉松筋推拿术治疗痉挛性斜颈（spasmodic torticollis,ST）的临床效果。方法 随机选择本院 2024 年 1 月～2025 年 5 月间收治的ST患者 100 例进行研究，并以随机数字表法分 2 组。对照组 50 例，予以常规治疗。观察组 50 例，联用“调督通络”针刺法+解痉松筋推拿术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组临床有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后颈部肌张力障碍得分、病情严重程度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 ST患者治疗中，“调督通络”针刺法联合解痉松筋推拿术治疗效果理想，可改善患者临床症状，促进康复，值得推广。

A Randomized Controlled Clinical Study on "Tiaodu Tongluo"Acupuncture Combined with Spasm-Relieving and Tendon-Loosening Massage in the Treatment of Spasmodic Torticollis

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of "Tiaodu Tongluo" acupuncture combined with Spasm-Relieving and
Tendon-Loosening massage in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis (ST). Methods One hundred ST patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were randomly selected for the study and divided into two groups using a random
number table method. The control group (n=50) received conventional treatment. The observation group (n=50) received
combined treatment with "Tiaodu Tongluo" acupuncture and Spasm-Relieving and Tendon-Loosening massage. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in
the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the neck dystonia scores and disease severity scores in the observation group were
lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For ST patients, the combination of "Tiaodu Tongluo" acupuncture
and Spasm-Relieving and Tendon-Loosening massage is an effective treatment. It can improve patients' clinical symptoms and
promote recovery, making it worthy of promotion.
