传统中医康复方法与现代康复技术融合的实践与反思

摘要：传统中医康复方法以其整体观念、辨证论治为核心，蕴含着“天人相应”、“形神共养”、“阴阳平衡”的深刻哲学思想，在数千年的临床实践中形成了包括针灸、推拿、中药、导引（如太极拳、八段锦）、情志疗法等在内的独特康复体系。现代康复医学则以功能为导向，建立在人体解剖学、生理学、生物力学等现代科学基础之上，强调客观评估、标准化治疗和循证实践，其技术手段如物理治疗、作业治疗、言语治疗、康复工程等，在改善运动功能、提高生活自理能力方面成效显著。随着医学模式向“生物-心理-社会”模式的转变，单纯依靠任何一种康复体系都难以满足患者多元化的健康需求。

Abstract：The traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation method takes its overall concept, syndrome differentiation and treatment as the core, and contains the profound philosophy of "correspondence between heaven and man", "body and spirit", and "balance between yin and yang". In thousands of years of clinical practice, it has formed a unique rehabilitation system including acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, Chinese medicine, guidance (such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin), emotional therapy, etc. Modern rehabilitation medicine is function oriented and based on modern scientific foundations such as human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, etc. It emphasizes objective evaluation, standardized treatment, and evidence-based practice. Its technical means such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, rehabilitation engineering, etc. have achieved significant results in improving motor function and enhancing self-care ability. With the shift from a medical model to a "biopsychosocial" model, relying solely on any rehabilitation system is difficult to meet the diverse health needs of patients.
