大豆肽“补肾填精”作用的科学内涵探析:基于卵巢功能与骨骼健康的研究证据与展望

摘要:大豆肽是由大豆蛋白粉经微生物发酵或酶解而得到的一种短肽混合物,含有人体所需的 8种必须氨基酸成分,易于消化和吸收。研究表明,大豆肽具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等药理作用。中医“补肾填精”理论强调生殖、生长与骨骼系统的整体调控,其现代医学对应主要涉及HPG轴、卵巢储备保护及骨代谢稳态。近年来研究证明,大豆肽减轻卵巢氧化应激、促进卵泡发育、调节雌激素受体、改善代谢紊乱等可以明显改善卵巢功能。大豆肽可以促进成骨、抑制破骨、改善雌激素缺乏性骨质疏松,表现出和“肾主骨”理论一致的生物学效应。因此,大豆肽对卵巢和骨骼的双重调节作用就具有了“补肾填精”的现代科学含义,为其作为女性健康干预物提供了重要的理论基础。

Exploring the Scientific Connotation of Soy Peptides in “Tonifyingthe Kidney and Replenishing Essence”: Evidence and Prospects Based on Ovarian Function and Skeletal Health

Abstract: Soy peptides are a mixture of short peptides produced from soybean protein powder through microbial fermentation or enzymatic hydrolysis. They contain eight essential amino acids required by the human body and are easily digested and absorbed. Studies show that soy peptides have pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor, and immune-regulating activities. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of “tonifying the kidney and replenishing essence” emphasizes integrated regulation of reproduction, growth, and the skeletal system. In modern medicine, this mainly corresponds to regulation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axis, protection of ovarian reserve, and maintenance of bone metabolic homeostasis. Recent studies indicate that soy peptides can significantly improve ovarian function by reducing
oxidative stress in the ovary, promoting follicular development, regulating estrogen receptors, and correcting metabolic disorders. Soy peptides also promote bone formation, inhibit bone resorption, and alleviate estrogen-deficiency–related osteoporosis, showing biological effects consistent with the TCM concept that “the kidney governs bone.” Therefore, the dual regulatory effects of soy peptides on the ovary and skeleton provide a modern scientific interpretation of “tonifying the kidney and replenishing essence,” offering an important theoretical basis for their use as an intervention for women’s health.
