探讨针刺+耳穴压豆联合治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效

摘要：目的探讨200 例针刺+耳穴压豆联合治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选取200 例神经性耳鸣患者，随机归入对照组（100 例）、观察组（100 例）。前组予以常规西药治疗，后组另外施以针刺和耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后耳鸣严重程度评分、纯音听阈测定结果及临床疗效。结果治疗后，观察组耳鸣严重程度评分较对照组更低（P < 0.05）；两组纯音听阈平均听阈均改善，观察组改善程度优于对照组（P < 0.05）。观察组总有效率为85.00%，高于对照组的68.00%（P < 0.05）。结论针刺+耳穴压豆联合治疗神经性耳鸣，可有效减轻耳鸣症状，改善听力，疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with ear acupressure on neurogenic tinnitus

Abstract: Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with ear acupressure in the treatment of 200 cases of neurogenic tinnitus. Method Select 200 patients with neurogenic tinnitus and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received acupuncture and ear acupressure treatment in addition to Western medicine treatment. Compare the severity score of tinnitus, pure tone hearing threshold measurement results, and clinical efficacy between two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the severity scores of tinnitus in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); The average pure tone hearing threshold of both groups improved, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%, which was higher than the 68.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ear acupressure can effectively alleviate tinnitus symptoms and improve hearing in the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus, which is more effective than simple Western medicine treatment.
