健脾祛湿汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾虚湿盛 IBS-D的临床观察

摘要：目的 探讨健脾祛湿汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾虚湿盛型腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2025年1月截至2025年12月就诊于南通市海门区中医院脾胃病科门诊及住院部的60例脾虚湿盛型IBS-D患者，分组用随机数字表法，各30例。对照组给予匹维溴铵和双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗，观察组采用健脾祛湿汤联合穴位贴敷治疗，观察疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组在Bristol大便性状评分、中医症候积分、生活质量评估积分均优于对照组，（P ＜0.05）两组不良反应发生率比较差别小（P ＞0.05）。结论 健脾祛湿汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾虚湿盛型IBS-D疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Qushi Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Spleen Defi ciency and Dampness-Excess Type IBS-D

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy and safety of Jianpi Qushi Decoction combined with acupoint application in treating spleen defi ciency and dampness-excess type diarrhea-related irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). Methods A total of 60 patients with spleen defi ciency and dampness-excess type IBS-D who visited the Outpatient Department and Inpatient Department of the Spleen and Stomach Diseases Division at Haimen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2025 were enrolled, divided into two groups of 30 cases each using a random number table. The control group received piruvium bromide and Bifi dobacterium triple live powder therapy, while the observation group received Jianpi Qushi Decoction combined with acupoint application. The therapeutic eff ects were evaluated. Results After treatment, the observation group showed superior outcomes compared to the control group in terms of Bristol stool index score, TCM symptom score, and quality-of-life assessment score (P < 0.05), with no signifi cant diff erence in adverse reaction rates between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Qushi Decoction combined with acupoint application demonstrates signifi cant effi cacy and high safety in treating spleen defi ciency and dampness-excess type IBS-D, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
